Business development specialist

As an Office Technology Service Technician, you will be assigned service calls at customer locations. Your main responsibility is to accurately and efficiently diagnose and resolve service issues on office technology, such as printers, copiers, fax machines, projectors, whiteboards, etc.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide entry level or intermediate support involving set-up, service maintenance, and repair of multifunction printers/copiers and other office technology solutions at customer locations and in-house.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely and cost effective manner.
  • Communicate with the customer verbally or in writing, service related issues, including troubleshooting and diagnosis problems, and recommend the best course of action.
  • Utilize software to prepare call logs, work order notes, & other information related to service calls.
  • Identify sales opportunities and report to Sales team.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.

Account Manager

​​We are looking for a versatile person to join our growing team.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Using a company vehicle to deliver supply orders, print jobs, and equipment to our customers (NOTE: THIS POSITION DOES NOTREQUIRE A CDL)
  • Assisting with the delivery, setup, and installation of office technology equipment at our customer's location
  • Assisting with the monitoring of supply orders to ensure our customers are proactively receiving supplies using our device monitoring software
  • Preparing orders for shipment or delivery (requires phone conversations with customers)
  • Inventory management and ongoing reconciliation
  • Fueling and cleaning of company vehicles
  • Weekly cleaning and organization of the showroom, warehouse, inventory room, and other areas as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


This position must be able to maintain a professional appearance and mannerism around our customers, but also be willing to get a little dirty when necessary around the office.

This position is Part-Time. This position DOES NOTrequire a CDL.

As an Account Manager, you will become a consultant for our customer's office technology needs. You will create long-term professional business relationships to maintain the customer's needs are being met utilizing our products and services.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or visit potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect, negotiate, & close agreements.
  • Interact and coordinate with other staff members in other departments.
  • Manage time & deadlines.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
