ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE and Billing clerk-


As an Accounts Receivable and Billing Clerk you must maintain a professional and well organized manor. You will create long-term professional business relationships to maintain the customer's needs are being met utilizing our products and services.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Post customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Update receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
  • Maintains records and ensures customer accounts are paid in full. 
  • Invoices customers on a monthly basis and maintains accounts and documentation for accurate billing.
  • Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
  • Completes reports as assigned.
  • Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and contacts customers when needed to obtain payment.
  • Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts; coordinating monthly transfer to accounts receivable account; verifying totals; preparing report.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

  • Collections: 1 year (Preferred) 
  • Accounts Receivable: 1 year (Preferred)

ACCOUNT MANAGER


As an Account Manager, you will become a consultant for our customer's office technology needs. You will create long-term professional business relationships to maintain the customer's needs are being met utilizing our products and services.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call or visit potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to remain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Prospect, negotiate, & close agreements.
  • Interact and coordinate with other staff members in other departments.
  • Manage time & deadlines.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
  • Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN - OFFICE TECHNOLOGY


As an Office Technology Service Technician, you will be assigned service calls at customer locations. Your main responsibility is to accurately and efficiently diagnose and resolve service issues on office technology, such as printers, copiers, fax machines, projectors, whiteboards, etc.


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide entry level or intermediate support involving set-up, service maintenance, and repair of multifunction printers/copiers and other office technology solutions at customer locations and in-house.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely and cost effective manner.
  • Communicate with the customer verbally or in writing, service related issues, including troubleshooting and diagnosis problems, and recommend the best course of action.
  • Utilize software to prepare call logs, work order notes, & other information related to service calls.
  • Identify sales opportunities and report to Sales team.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.
