  • Provide entry level or intermediate support involving set-up, service maintenance, and repair of multifunction printers/copiers and other office technology solutions at customer locations and in-house.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate inventory for tools, parts and supplies in vehicle stock.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by meeting clients’ needs in a courteous, timely and cost effective manner.
  • Communicate with the customer verbally or in writing, service related issues, including troubleshooting and diagnosis problems, and recommend the best course of action.
  • Utilize software to prepare call logs, work order notes, & other information related to service calls.
  • Identify sales opportunities and report to Sales team.
